VARIETY: Tempranillo
ELABORATION: To get the balance between fruit and extract, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with 18 days of maceration and frequent pump overs.
AGING: Minimum of 18 months in American oak barrels and maturing in the bottle for at least 18 months.
