Vineyards planted between 1940 and 1960, on clay-calcareous soils at an altitude of 820 m.
Production per hectare of 3000 kg. Aged for 12 months in new French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation with battonage. Bottled without filtering
