From the popular Gravensteiner apples, the current master distiller with a resourceful spirit created this noble, carefully distilled and matured fruit spirit.
Stored for one year in oak barrels and then refined with a home-made bonificateur, the apple spirit acquires the character that makes it so unique for the master distiller and all discerning connoisseurs.

Distillation: countercurrent distillation
