Description
The cultivated noble brandy made primarily from prunes was developed in 2001 by the current master distiller as the first of the Vieille Barrique products.
After expert distillation, the plum distillate is stored for a year in oak barrels and, after completion of the maturing process, refined with a homemade bonificateur.
The fine dosage gives the fruit spirit its subtle sweetness.
