In one of the oldest sparkling wine cellars in Spain, this original Cava is produced according to the ‘Metodo Tradicional’ in classic bottle fermentation.
Selected and coordinated top wines from the heart of the Cava region as well as a long maturing period give it its unmistakable temperament.
This Cava reaches its maturity after nine months of storage on the yeast. Characteristic for it: the white-matted bottle.
