Description
Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.
A blend of Glera & Pinot Noir. Delicate pink hues. Enjoy notes of fresh red berries and underlying hints of white flowers and apples. Pairs well with light salads, pasta and seafood.
