“Fuyu” is Japanese and means “winter”.

The Fuyu Mizunara is a three year old blend, which consists of 50% malt and 50% grain whisky.

The maturation takes place in American white oak barrels, a finish in Mizunara barrels over a 6-month period rounds off this Japanese whisky.
