Rye Whiskey from George Dickel, one of the few distilleries to produce Tennessee Whiskey! They use 95% rye and 5% malted barley as a mashbill and mature the Whiskey in barrels with a #4 char and heads with a #2 char. They also “charcoal mellow” their rye, just like they do for their other expressions.
