What happens when a chef, a sommelier, a bartender and a master perfumer join forces? – The Ginraw Gastronomic Gin, a gin that combines all talents, experience and knowledge.
For this gin, the ‘Rotaval’ technique from gastronomy is used for distillation, using only a low temperature to distill the botanicals. The base of the Distilled Gin is 100% neutral wheat grain spirit. The gin is bottled by hand in small batches of around 5,000 bottles and each bottle is individually numbered.
