Description

For Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin, only fresh botanicals are used that can be found in the area surrounding the distillery.

Some of the botanicals included are: Juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, licorice, elderflower, yarrow, wild raspberries, blackberry leaves, roses and woodruff.

Only small batches of less than 250 liters per batch are bottled.

Botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, licorice root, licorice bark, organic lemons, elderflower, red clover flowers, yarrow, ox eye, daisies, wild raspberry, blackberry leaves, wild roses, water mint, wild angelica, lemon balm.
