Description
The Champagne Lombard estate in Espernay, France, produces H. Lanvin & Fils Champagne. The soil, climate, topography and viticulture are the 4 most important factors for the Champagne estate. The Champagnes are aged in traditional cellars dug 1.5 km underground, in the 18th century.
H. Lanvin & Fils Champagne Brut is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. The champagne is aged for 4-6 months in thermoregulated barrels before being subsequently aged for at least 24 months in the earth cellar.
