The Hans Igler Vulcano Cuvee Burgenland 2021 is a powerful yet elegant red wine composition that combines the best of Central Burgenland. The traditional Hans Igler winery, located in Deutschkreutz in the heart of Blaufraenkischland, has stood for quality wines with depth, character and international stature for decades. Terroir-driven red wines are pressed there with great care, impressively reflecting the Pannonian climate and mineral-rich soils.
This cuvee combines four high-quality grape varieties: Blaufraenkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zweigelt. The combination gives the wine structure, complexity and elegance. The Vulcano 2021 is characterized by a harmonious interplay of fruit, spice and ripe tannin structure. Thanks to its well-integrated alcohol content of 13.5% vol. and balanced body, it is already easy to drink in its youth, but also has ageing potential.
