Hayman’s London Dry Gin is made according to a secret family recipe and refined with 10 botanicals.

The botanicals; juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica, orris root, cinnamon, cassia bark, nutmeg and liquorice are stored in a wheat spirit for a whole day.

This storage allows all the oils and essences of the botanicals to infuse.
