Description
The Heinrich winery in Deutschkreutz has been under the dedicated management of Silvia Heinrich since 2010, who is passionate about continuing the region’s wine tradition. With 38 hectares of vineyards, the focus is clearly on the royal grape variety Blaufraenkisch, which accounts for 70% of the vineyard area. The grapes come from first-class vineyards such as Goldberg, Hochberg, Siglos and Fabian, which are known for their outstanding quality. The estate’s wines enjoy international popularity and are exported to numerous countries, including Belgium, China, Germany, the USA and many other markets.
On the occasion of VieVinum 2008, the Heinrich family presented a new cuvee – the “Maestro”, a “small terra o.” dedicated to both pleasure-loving customers and the “Maestro”, the winemaker.
The Maestro is a harmonious cuvee of Blaufraenkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes come from various, carefully selected vineyards in Burgenland, which are known for their excellent quality. After vinification, the wine matures for 10 months in small oak barrels before being bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
With a maturation potential of around 10 years, the Maestro offers the opportunity to develop and gain depth over time
