The production of Hendrick’s Gin is deliberately unconventional and may seem inefficient – but it is precisely this approach that makes it a true original. The process begins with the creation of two gins, which are then combined to create a harmonious masterpiece.
The first, a pot still gin from a traditional still, impresses with its full body and complex aromas. The second, from the modern Carter Head still, adds fine, mild notes. Both gins are distilled with an exquisite blend of eleven carefully selected botanicals, including camomile, elderflower, juniper, citrus peel, angelica, coriander and cubeb berries.
This gin is rounded off by the addition of rose and cucumber essences, which give it its unmistakable, refreshingly light yet complex aroma.
