Hidalgo ‘Napoleon’ Amontillado Sherry special

Description

This dry sherry is a great aperitif, with subtle salinity and generous nutty flavors. Darker than fino but lighter than oloroso, begins as fino, but the flor is not maintained. The salty elements are well balanced, with a finish both elegant, soft, and lingering.
