Description
The traditional Hoedl Hof distillery is located between picturesque orchards and vineyards. The quality of the brandies is ensured by a 300-liter raw brandy boiler and a 200-liter fine brandy boiler made of pure copper. The farm’s own fruit is transported quickly and directly from the orchards to the fermentation cellars, where it is gently fermented at a controlled temperature. For generations, double distillation has been carried out according to old Styrian tradition. Only the high-proof core is removed and then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel.
Hoedl Hof’s best Williams pear schnapps, made from juicy and ripe fruit, forms the basis for Baeren Willi. The velvety-soft pear aroma of the Williams-Christ pears blends with the hearty sweetness of the honey. The fruit used comes from our own orchards and the blossom honey comes from beekeepers in Styria.
