Perhaps the best cabinet that has ever grown in Bockstein?
Our family has been cultivating vineyards in the Ockfener Bockstein for generations. In 2021 we decided to reassign the lease and what could have been more exciting than collaborating with the masters of the cabinet from Konzer Tälchen?! So here is the second Falkenstein vintage from the Ockfener Bockstein, more precisely from the plot in the middle area with over 50-year-old vines, previously cultivated by our grandma Mia! Crystal clear, incredibly complex, radiant scent with aromas of white peach, quince, white currants and some sage, underpinned by distinct stony-mineral slate notes with delicately spicy hints of white pepper. On the palate, ultra fresh, bright and extremely mouth-watering with great precision and piquant-fine residual sweetness, very finely woven, mineral base structure and a long, gripping aftertaste. A top-class cabinet, really great!
