The Perfect Manhattan isn’t just a perfect Manhattan, it’s a distinct cocktail all its own. A “Perfect” Manhattan is one made with equal parts sweet and dry vermouth, for a balanced sweet and zippy herbal element. Hoste’s version uses vermouths from New York’s Finger Lakes region on top of 5 year old single grain Finnish Rye Whiskey from Kyrö Distillery. Cherry Bitters round it out, and a lemon zest atomizer is included the finishing off the drink once poured. A Perfect Manhattan that is truly perfect.  ABV 35%, 750 ml
