Description
Varietal strawberry, soy, and sagebrush on the nose are followed by camphor, dried cherry, and black tea on the finish. Delicious when paired with Spanish chorizo or paella. Also matches quite well with mushroom dishes or Pacific salmon.

A lighter hue in the glass, this is a very reliable Pinot Noir for everyday enjoyment. Aromas of candied cherry, forest floor and toasted wood lead from the nose into a palate of pomegranate jam and fennel pollen, with a kick of pepper on the finish.
