Staff Comments: Mats loved this! It’s a refreshing blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay. Loving the color! It sings hibiscus and pomegranate times ten. Tart cherry and rhubarb compote that has a nose of cherries jubilee and raspberry coulee! A hint of wild strawberries on the finish and it becomes ambrosia. Serve this with soy glazed salmon, fried calamari or baked brie.
