Description
The story of the family business Beniamino Maschio begins in the middle of the 19th century in San Pietro di Feletto, Italy. Antonio Maschio built a small distillery and so began the family’s great adventure in the world of grappas.
In 2002 Beniamino Maschio took over Distilleria dell’Alpe with the intention of developing a variety of liqueurs and gins typical of the Venetian tradition.
Kapriol Blood Orange & Peach is based on the original recipe of Kapriol Dry Gin. For Kapriol Dry Gin, juniper berries are stored at room temperature for fifteen days before the first distillation begins in World War II copper stills. Finally, the gin is refined with Italian blood oranges and peaches.
Botanicals: bay leaves, angelica, chamomile, cardamom, caraway, coriander, gentian, juniper, lavender, hops, mint, oregano, pine, blood oranges, peaches, rose hips, rosemary.
