Description
The story of the family business Beniamino Maschio begins in the middle of the 19th century. Antonio Maschio built his own small distillery and thus began the great adventure of the family in the world of grappa. The distillery is located in San Pietro di Feletto in Italy.
In 2002 Beniamino Maschio took over Distilleria dell’Alpe with the intention of developing a variety of liqueurs and gin typical of the Venetian tradition.
Kapriol Grapefruit & Hibiscus is based on the original recipe of Kapriol Dry Gin. For Kapriol Dry Gin, juniper berries are stored at room temperature for fifteen days before the first distillation begins in World War II copper stills. Finally, the gin is refined with grapefruit and hibiscus flowers.
Botanicals: bay leaves, angelica, chamomile, cardamom, caraway, coriander, gentian, juniper, lavender, hops, mint, oregano, hibiscus flowers, grapefruits, rose hips, rosemary.
