The name ‘Four Grain’ already refers to the four different types of grain that make up the mash; oats, barley malt, rye and wheat.
The Koval Four Grain Single Barrel Whiskey was bottled from the single cask, and this without filtering it or adulterating it with chemical additives such as colorant.
Before bottling, the whiskey was aged for 14 to 28 months in old, heavily burnt American oak casks.
All in all, the Koval Four Grain Single Barrel Whiskey presents itself from a deep yet charming side.
