Description
Beautiful red purple color, vibrant nose of red and black cherries, ripe plums combined with floral touches of violets and rose petals. This fruit and floral cocktail hold by a nice tannic structure that full the palate. When the wine get warm in your mouth note of vanilla, chocolate and some spice appears to make it more complex. This is a fruit driven, fresh and well structured wine that pares with many type from pasta to meat. But does specially well with barbecue, and some salty food like prosciuto or hard cheeses.

The 2022 Malbec La Posta Fazzio comes from Tupungato in the Uco Valley and was 50% aged in second-use oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks. Purple in hue. The fruit-forward nose displays crushed plum, redcurrant and subtle oak undertones. It’s pretty indulgent and juicy, with smooth tannins and a velvety mouthfeel. The finish has a gummy, mouthwatering character.

The grapes were sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley. This Malbec has an inviting bouquet that includes wild berries and violets. Earthy black-fruit flavors and smoky notes fill the palate. It’s full bodied and has tight tannins. Enjoy with a Spanish chorizo and potato stew.

Features a fresh, juicy berry core driven by almost nervy acidity, with toasted apple wood and chicory notes filling out the finish. Drink now. 20,000 cases made, 10,000 cases imported.
