The second of three annual releases, Larceny Barrel Proof batch B524 features Larceny’s beloved wheated bourbon aged between 6-8 years and bottled without chill filtration at 125.4 proof. Scents of rich caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, and roasted nuts great the nose. On the palate, the sip opens with a dark fruit flavor before transitioning to baking spice, dark chocolate, and hazelnut. The standout, lengthy finish leaves a mix of flavors reminiscent of Aztec chocolate.
