Every spring, along a narrow, rugged stretch of the Adriatic Coast, Marasca cherry trees burst into bloom, producing bright red cherries revered for their dry body and savory profile. After fermenting and distilling these prized cherries, we add distillates of coriander and Montmorency cherries, and finish the liqueur with a dash of clover honey.
