Description
The rose petal pale colour offers a beautiful shine. The first nose is seductive, with very floral notes and white-fleshed fruits. The mouth is ample with lots of roundness. The attack is frank, a fine length in mouth establishes itself and leaves a nice aromatic persistence.Noted 91/100 points by the Decanter guide, the Leos rosé is a gastronomic rosé which can be served at the aperitif or during meals where its perfect balance between freshness and roundness will accompany perfectly with exceptional dishes. For a first course, you could accompany the cuvée Augusta with a tomato salad, a ceviche, or a beef carpaccio. It is generally perfect with most of Mediterranean dishes et especially with white meats and seafood. And the end of a meal, it marries very well with goat cheeses (with of course a drizzle of H de Leos olive oil!), sorbets and most fruit desserts. Our favourite is a glass of Leos with un goat cheese accompanied by the wild thyme confit from the Domaine. An explosion of flavours, to be enjoyed between 8° and 11°C.
