Description
The wine is complex and elegant, perfectly balanced between freshness and fruit, its aromas are finely oaked and its finish rich, long and harmonious. Serve very chilled (12°C) as an aperitif, with seafood, fish, cold cuts, white meat. Catherine Delaunay particularly likes to pair it with a beautiful roast chicken and potatoes, or sea bass en papillotte.
