“Loveland Aleworks is doing what they do best here with this delicious, adjunct kettle sour! It pours a light ruby color with a small, fizzy, pink hued head. A bold aroma of sweet black cherries hits your nose up front, backed by some vanilla, and a tart cherry accent. The body sits at a medium-light weight, with a light carbonation, making this beer very easy to drink. On the palate you get a mixture of both sweet and tart cherries first, followed by some light sweet cream and a citrusy tartness on the mid-palate. That citrusy, tart character continues into the finish where it is met with some flavors of vanilla and bready malts, before dropping off lightly dry, for a sour ale.” Review by Dan Chacon
