Description

The Francoli family distillery in Ghemme, Italy, has been around since 1875 and is one of the largest and best-known distilleries in Piedmont. It was the first grappa distillery to have no impact on the environment and guarantees a neutral CO2 balance. The heat for the distillation process, for example, is obtained from plant-based fuels. The company has also participated in the “Impatto Zero” project, achieving a protected area of 340,000 square meters in Costa Rica’s forests.

The grappa is distilled from the Nebbiolo grape variety.
