Marchesi Antinori Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes from the Chianti Classico region in Tuscany, Italy. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, while ageing takes place in large wooden barrels, with part of the wine being matured in French and Hungarian barriques. Another part matures mainly in second-use barrels, supplemented by a small proportion of new barrels. After careful blending, the wine will be bottled in August 2022. This wine has ageing potential until 2029 and is sealed with a natural cork.
