Description
Marzadro AMARONE is obtained from the alcoholic press residues (pomace) and through the Bagnomaria distillation.
Bagnomaria distillation is the distillation of the selected vines in a water bath.
For this grappa the grape varieties used are Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
It is aged for at least 3 years in small oak barrels.
