From Gualtallary in the Uco Valley, the 2023 Malbec Kung Fu was fermented with native yeast before bottling with no added sulfites. A rich purple hue. The nose delivers pure, recently squeezed aromas featuring violets, plums and mountain herbs. The palate is dry and lean. The flow is juicy before the crystal- clear, lingering finish. This taut but relaxed high- altitude wine is a true delight.
