Description

This beer pours a hazy gold with a medium white head. The nose blasts you with citrusy aromatics with a bit more earthiness on the exhale. The body is refreshingly light, in spite of the expectations of a hazy IPA. It is remarkably balanced across the palate, with some citrus notes on the front palate that reach equilibrium moving across the tongue as the Sabro and Mosaic hops come forward past the Citra on the finish. Notes of pineapple and grapefruit do battle with pine to create an easy, yet complex, experience. Review by James Fisher
