Showing a faint straw tinge in the glass, this is a mild but complex mezcal. It opens with a waft of mesquite-like savory smoke, plus hints of cumin, black pepper and coriander. The finish is clean and brisk, with citrus, white pepper and a touch of vanilla.Intense aromas are earthy and soft with a core of fresh green herbs and lightly smoked pineapple. The flavors are bright and focused on the palate, bursting with citrus and rich chocolate. The spice is warming and finishes gentle in the mouth.
