These are an aromatic bitters made with Candy Cap Mushrooms, a wild harvested variety from the Pacific Northwest which smell like maple syrup. Earthy and sweet notes of maple layered with umami and spice. Try these unique bitters in cocktails that use Benedictine, such as the Monte Carlo, or in a Bourbon based Fancy Free.
