Description
Mozart products are made in the renowned Mozart Distillerie, which is located in picturesque Salzburg – the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
The dark chocolate liqueur is made from 87% pure cocoa macerate and fine bitter dark chocolate. Bourbon vanilla and vanilla macerate give the liqueur a special flavor. The cocoa comes from West Africa and is a blend of the Forastero and Trinitario varieties. The 30-day maceration of the cocoa beans and bourbon vanilla in fine sugar brandy contributes significantly to the taste. A small part of the cocoa macerate is stored in wooden barrels to give the Dark Chocolate the finishing touch.
