Description
The Bortollo Nardini company in Bassano del Grappa has been producing eaux-de-vie and spirits since 1779. The founder of this oldest Italian distillery was Bortollo Nardini. The company logo, which can also be found on the bottles, shows the Ponte Vecchio.
The grappa presented here is a limited edition of 3,240 bottles. Each bottle is numbered and personally certified by the master distiller. This distinction underlines the high quality of the product.
Particularly noteworthy is the barrel ageing of this grappa, which took place in a single barrel with the number 326. This ageing process began on September 26, 1996 and was completed on February 26, 2019.
Unlike traditional Grappa Riserva, which consist of a mixture of different barrels from the same vintage, here the entire ageing process took place in a single barrel. This innovative approach gives the grappa a unique flavor profile.
The 22 Anni single cask grappa from Nardini is presented in an exquisite bottle and packaged in a wooden box made from Slavonian oak. This product stands out for its outstanding characteristics and represents an innovation in the world of grappa.
