Description

Pale pink with “onion skin” reflections. Its small “pink pearls” slowly rise to form its characteristic crown. Very pleasant first impression, with fine and light aromas, persistent varietal and ageing character. On the palate it is pleasant, full and unctuous, with an elegant and very long aftertaste. Great balance, very fine and long on the palate. To be eaten at any time, as an aperitif or with all kinds of food, as it has a body to withstand strong dishes.

This poached-salmon-colored sparkling wine offers aromas of nectarine, jasmine and vanilla. It has flavors of strawberry, caramelized pineapple, cocoa butter and orange blossom. A soft note of slivered almonds endures on the palate.
