Quiet Rebels Amy contains whisky matured in ex-Maury casks from a small organic winery in France. This winery produces an alcohol-enriched wine using a process similar to port wine production. The 60-year-old vines are cultivated using various sustainable farming methods, including agroforestry, where trees are planted between the vines to improve soil quality.

In addition, the farm follows biodynamic principles, including the lunar calendar, which according to several studies helps to determine the optimal time for sowing and harvesting. The ex-Maury casks were combined with Nc’nean’s own STR red wine cask and ex-bourbon casks to create the special bottling of Quiet Rebels Amy, which reflects Amy’s vision.
