Nordes Atlantic Gaician Gin is characterized by its special production. It is made by distilling Albrino grapes, Spanish white wine grapes, in combination with 14 botanicals and traditional herbs.
The selected botanicals include juniper, eucalyptus, hibiscus, tea, lemon peel, verbena, licorice and Frisian herb.
Distillation is followed by a very slow maceration in the traditional style to extract the aromas and nuances of the botanicals.
