The P31 Aperitivo Green 11% vol. 0.7 l is an innovative, slightly alcoholic aperitif from Italy that sets new standards in spritz culture with its striking green color and complex herbal composition. P31 was developed over a period of two years in the historic Caffe Pedrocchi in Padua, a place of cultural and gastronomic significance. The recipe was developed together with regular guests and experienced bartenders – and was even enthusiastically accepted by the tradition-conscious Venetian gondoliers, true connoisseurs of Spritz.

The name P31 is symbolic of its origins and recipe: the “P” is a tribute to Caffe Pedrocchi and the Venetian explorer Marco Polo, who brought herbs and fruits from all over the world to Venice. Many of these imported treasures – including bitter orange, sweet orange, mandarin, vanilla, camomile, cinchona bark, gentian, coriander, ginger and rhubarb – are now part of the top-secret recipe of 31 natural ingredients that give this aperitivo its unmistakable taste.

The P31 Aperitivo Green was introduced to the public in 2017 and is based on the tradition of the classic Spritz, but with a modern twist: it is prepared with Prosecco and soda like the original recipe, but its bright light green color and finely balanced herbal profile make it very different from classic red aperitifs.
