Casa Paladin is a highly regarded Italian winery based in the picturesque Veneto region, more precisely in the DOCG area of Valpolicella. The history of this winery dates back to the 1960s, when it was founded by Carlo Paladin and has maintained a rich winemaking tradition ever since. Paladin’s Drago Bianco white wine is made from late-harvested Chardonnay grapes. These grapes are vinified in wood, both in second and third passage French oak barriques and in large Slavonian barrels.
