The distilling history of the Pfanner family goes back over 160 years. That’s five generations who have made their passion their profession and continue traditions.
The famous Williams pear grows mainly in the Wachau region and around Lake Constance. It was first planted in France in 1828.
The special today: The Williams pear is unique and original.
After harvesting, the pear is mashed and distilled. Then the brandy is refined with real bee honey.
