Description
The distillery Pfau was founded in 1987 and under the management of Valentin Latschen from a small “cellar distillery” to a quality distillery known throughout Europe. Distillation is carried out exclusively in a copper pot still using the Rauh and Feinbrand processes. Since August 2012, Schlumberger Wein- und Sektkellerei has held a stake in Pfau Brennerei.
