One of the more balanced half and half combinations we’ve come across, this duet of fruity, smoky, vegetal mezcal with Lo-Fi’s floral, citrus-laden, lightly bitter Gentian Amaro is both effortlessly complex and dangerously quaffable. Just pour 1 part of each over some ice, with or without a citrus peel garnish, and you’ve got yourself a superstar sunset sipper.
