Description
The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto.
The grappa is made from Moscato Fior d’Arancio and Muscat pomace. The “Crysopea” process is used for the distillation. This new process takes place in a water bath with negative pressure. It is then stored in French oak barrels for up to one year.
