The Polz Sauvignon Blanc Suedsteiermark is a lively and aromatic white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The vines thrive on the characteristic soils of southern Styria, which consist of shell limestone, clay, sand, limestone marl and slate. This diverse soil structure gives the wine an extraordinary minerality and freshness, which brings out the aromas perfectly. The Sauvignon Blanc is vinified precisely in steel tanks, which preserves the purity and freshness of the grapes. The wine has ageing potential until 2030 and is sealed with a practical screw cap to preserve its freshness.
