“Prairie knows how to brew sours right! And this delicious treat will surely give you a reason to sing and stomp your feet! It pours an opaque yellow-orange color with a medium sized, fizzy, yellow hued head which leaves a thick film on the glass, most likely from the addition of bananas. Pineapple and passion fruit are the main aromas on the nose, along with some lighter banana playing in the background. The beer has a medium-weight body, with a medium-light carbonation level and a lightly smooth mouthfeel. On the palate you get pineapple and light banana up front, followed by tart passion fruit and citrus on the mid-palate, which drops off fairly quickly into bready malts and some more banana.” Review by Dan Chacon
